About the Project:
This project involved comprehensive social media management for legendary electronic music pioneer Jean-Michel Jarre. The primary objective was to maintain an active and engaging social media presence for an artist with limited time for digital platforms, while bridging the gap between his established legacy and younger audiences through modernized content approaches.
The Process:
I took operational management of all social media channels, implementing daily management. A key aspect of my approach was reimagining existing content through creative editing techniques - transforming formal video materials into formats more familiar to younger audiences, such as converting Zoom recordings into FaceTime-style calls that resonated better with social media users.
Deliverables:
I delivered high-quality content across all social media platforms, comprehensive community management services, and creatively edited videos that maintained the artist’s aesthetic while appealing to newer audiences. My work included responding to community engagement and producing modernized video content from existing footage.
Results:
The modernized approach to Jean-Michel Jarre’s social media presence successfully bridged generational gaps, introducing his pioneering electronic music to younger audiences while maintaining engagement with his established fan base. We enabled the artist to focus entirely on his creative work while ensuring his digital platforms remained active, relevant, and engaging across diverse demographic segments.
